Pricing

Pay per event.
Not per ticket.

No percentage of sales and no mandatory subscription. The price is the event’s base fee plus the modules you use.

How it adds up

Three parts, all in the open

  1. 1

    The base fee

The same for every event. It includes Attendees and Check-in at the entrance, plus the account, team accounts, reports, documents and support.

  2. 2

    The modules you pick

Pay only for the modules you use. A module’s price grows with the number of attendees. Reports and documents are included.

  3. 3

    Extras, when needed

Scanning tablets, entrance hostesses, hosting the website after the event.

0%

0% commission on tickets

Attendee payments go through your own NETOPIA or Stripe account and straight to you. We never handle the sales money, so there is nothing to take a percentage of. You only pay your processor’s fee, under your own agreement with them.

  • The money lands in your account, not ours
  • No holdbacks and no waiting for payouts
  • A price known upfront, however many tickets you sell

Why attendance matters

More people means more infrastructure

The base fee is the same for every event. What grows with the number of attendees is the price of the modules, because every extra attendee puts the platform to work: a ticket generated and emailed, an order and an invoice, a scan at the entrance synced across devices, data kept safe.

At 2,000 people all of that happens ten times as often as at 200 and, above all, in the same short window: the sales peak after an announcement and the 30 minutes before the doors open. To keep the event running smoothly exactly then, we reserve resources to match its size.

  • Servers sized for the peak in sales and check-ins
  • More emails sent, with delivery monitored
  • More scanning devices, synced in real time
  • Support ready for the day of the event

A module’s price by number of attendees

  1. Under 200500 €*
  2. 200 – 500800 €*
  3. 500 – 2,0001,100 €*
  4. Over 2,0001,400 €*

Each tier adds €300 to a module’s price. The base fee stays the same.

* Indicative estimate, VAT excluded. The final offer depends on the length of the event, the number of entrances and special requirements, and we send it after the demo.

About pricing

Questions about pricing

If your event does not fit any pattern, tell us what you need and we will price it as it is.

Why no commission on tickets?

Because the money never goes through us. Payments land straight in your processor account, and we are paid for the platform, per event, at a price known upfront.

What does the base fee cover?

The attendee list and check-in at the entrance, which every event needs, plus the account, team accounts, reports, documents and support. It is the same for every event; what varies with the number of attendees is the price of the other modules.

Why does a module cost more for a bigger event?

Because it uses more resources: more tickets generated and sent, more scans synced, more server capacity at peak times. Each attendance tier adds €300 to a module’s price.

Can I add a module later?

Yes. You can start, for example, with attendees and check-in and add online sales or email campaigns when you need them.

Do prices include VAT?

No. The configurator’s estimates exclude VAT and are indicative; you get the final offer in writing after the demo.

We run several events a year. Does that count?

Tell us in the demo request how many events you run a year and we take it into account in the offer.

How do we pay?

Against a contract and an invoice, per event or per package. You complete the contract online, from your account.

Let’s put together the offer for your event

In 30 minutes we show you the platform and agree the modules. The offer follows in writing after the demo.
