What we collect
Through the “Request a demo” form we collect your name, company, email address and, if you provide them, your phone number, role, event details and message. We also record the IP address and browser, to protect against abuse.
Why we use it
To contact you about the demo you asked for and about an offer for your event. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken before entering a contract.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months after the last conversation if you do not become a client; as a client, for the duration of the contract and then as long as the law requires.
Who we share it with
We do not sell data. We process it on our own servers and share it only with the providers strictly needed to run the service (hosting, email).
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you can withdraw consent at any time. You can write to us through the form on this site. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
